The Isuzu Fest held recently at the KM Mobil Isuzu 3S Centre in Miri proved once again to be a big hit among the thousands of visitors who thronged the venue for a share of the fun and rewards.
As always, there were lots of prizes on hand for everyone through the myriad of games and competitions held throughout the two days of the event. This included the unique Dura-Miles Challenge where anyone holding a valid driving licence could put the award-winning Isuzu D-Max’s fuel efficiency and their own driving skills to the test.
There were carnival games, colouring contests, childrens’ singing competitions and even a giant ‘snake and ladder’ game moderated by television personality and multi-talented emcee Baki Zainal.
Despite the afternoon showers, crowds continued to pour into the venue and stayed on for the evening of entertainment on Saturday which included a belly dance performance by a beautiful mother and daughter duo, the amazing illusionist Kevin and musical performances by Zhan Ai Ling, AF 6 winner Stacy and Astro Star Quest’s Yoke. Later there was a lucky draw for guests and the prizes included a large screen TV and an iPad2.
Visitors also took the opportunity to join Isuzu Malaysia and its dealer in supporting the local charity. They purchased special coin boxes in aid of the Persatuan Ibu Bapa Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Miri (PIBAKIS), a home for children of various disorders.
