Kota Kinabalu, 03 Feb 2024 – A new Isuzu retail experience is now available in Kota Kinabalu following the opening of the new Fook Loi Automax Isuzu 3S Centre in Kepayan. Featuring a bolder and more vibrant façade with a distinctive logo tower, the new outlet design offers potential buyers and customers with an elevated Isuzu retail experience.
Speaking at the official opening of the new outlet, Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia Shunsuke Okazoe said that the new corporate identity was aimed at elevating Isuzu’s presence while offering customers a warmer and more inclusive environment.
“This new outlet features a strong brand image to reflect the changing outlook of Isuzu’s retail business. The modern design elements and improved facilities are designed to ensure customers not only purchase the best products, but also receive a positive D-Max sales and after-sales experience under one roof,” said Okazoe.
The new Fook Loi Automax Isuzu 3S Centre sits on an existing 4,000 square-metre plot on Jalan Lintas in Kepayan, offering convenient access to residents and businesses close to heart of Kota Kinabalu.
Its larger showroom features an air-conditioned interior where visitors can browse a range of pick-up trucks are available including the hero car, the award-winning Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain. The outlet also boasts of a more spacious service centre that can now accommodate eight pick-up trucks simultaneously. Customers bringing their vehicles in for after-sales attention can enjoy refreshments in the comfortable lounge as trained technicians care for their Isuzu vehicles.
The new Fook Loi Automax Isuzu 3S Centre is the first outlet in Sabah to feature the new Isuzu corporate identity. Other Isuzu outlets will soon be distinguishable with Isuzu logos featured prominently on the front of the building as well as on a logo tower at the outlet entrance.
Inside, the new outlets will take on a more charismatic appearance with distinctive features to logically guide visitors through the outlet.
