KUANTAN ISUZU 3S CENTRE DOUBLES IN SIZE

Expansion to meet stronger demand for Isuzu vehicles

Isuzu Malaysia’s authorized 3S centre in Kuantan has opened the doors to its upgraded facility that has now doubled in size to facilitate greater customer experiences as demand for highly-dependable Isuzu vehicles continues to grow.

The outlet operated by Dynamic Motors Sdn Bhd located on the bustling Jalan Beserah has been expanded to house a spacious 3,500 square-metre 3S Centre and features a revamped layout to better cater to the larger volume of visitors to its sales and service facility.

Apart from a more conducive showroom and larger visitor parking, the outlet also takes into consideration the after-sales requirements of the growing truck business by adding two bays allocated specifically to handle medium and heavy duty Isuzu trucks that call in for service.

With the improved facilities available and the increase in the number of trained staff who are able to perform main service tasks on all Isuzu trucks, the outlet is now an authorized Isuzu MHD (Medium & Heavy Duty) 3S Facility, a distinction earned by outlets that are capable of providing both the hardware and software to users of Isuzu medium and heavy duty trucks.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, CEO of Isuzu Malaysia Koji Nakamura commended the management of Dynamic Motors for having the foresight and commitment to develop a more positive environment for the benefit of Isuzu customers.

“As our customers continue to grow, we at Isuzu need to complement this by having better equipped facilities and dealerships. Our efforts to bring better and more suitable vehicles for our customers must be met with an equally capable sales and after-sales support infrastructure. It is through outlets that continue to develop their touch points such as this new facility are we able to provide a higher standard of care to our customers,” said Nakamura.

In his speech, Managing Director of Dynamic Motors Donald Chan thanked the management of Isuzu Malaysia as well as his customers for their confidence and support that has seen the company grow with them over the years.

“Since our appointment as an Isuzu dealer in 2006 selling the D-Max to selling the full range of Isuzu vehicles in 2015, we have experienced tremendous support from both our principal Isuzu Malaysia and our customers. We hope that with this new outlet, we are able to deliver better results and offer improved service to all who have placed their faith in us,” said Chan.

With Isuzu Malaysia maintaining its commendable top ten position on the sales charts over the last decade, its dealership network is ramping up facilities to continue focusing on improved after-sales experiences.
