Members of the Malaysian media who were invited to experience the all-new Isuzu D-Max in Thailand are impressed with its excellent balance of good road handling, smooth power delivery, superb ride comfort and impressive 4X4 capabilities.
This was the result after they put the vehicles through its paces on the test drive that includes a session at the Isuzu 4X4 Land off-road course near Pattaya.
Among the features of the course were skyscraper hill station, rugged road course and the 49-degree side slope stability station. Despite the challenges and the fact that all the pick-ups were fitted with standard road tyres, the all-new Isuzu D-Max was able to tackle the course with confidence.
The media also had the opportunity to test drive the all-new Isuzu D-Max on the road from Bangkok to the Gateway plant where they had a tour of the facilities including the paint and final assembly processes.
At the plant, the media were presented to the stringent and routine quality processes involved throughout the manufacturing process of Isuzu products.
At the end of this visit, the media gave the all-new Isuzu D-Max a big thumbs-up for its capabilities.
