Isuzu Malaysia together with its authorized dealer Indah Utara Auto Sdn. Bhd. launched the latest integrated Isuzu 3S centre (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) recently in Alor Setar to serve the growing demands of new customers’ need and Isuzu vehicle owners in the northern region.
The opening was officiated by Kimitoshi Kurokawa, the Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia who acknowledged the requirement to enhance the expansion of Isuzu outlets due to the increasing of its vehicles in the marketplace.
“Since the launch of our new trucks in 2010, our network has been experiencing a 100% increase in sales volume.
At Isuzu Malaysia, we place the customers’ satisfaction and high quality products as our top priority. The opening of this new Indah Utara 3S Centre is both necessary and timely in order to effectively handle this growing demand for quality Isuzu products,” said Kurokawa.
The new Indah Utara Isuzu 3S Centre is both larger and more conveniently located than its previous sales outlet. Located along Jalan Gangsa, Mergong in Alor Setar, the new Indah Utara 3S Centre is expected to provide customers with a full range of amenities including sales, service and spare parts support for the award-winning Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks, the world-famous N-Series light commercial trucks and the new F-Series range of medium duty trucks.
With the enhanced facilities, Managing Director of Indah Utara Auto Sdn Bhd, Poh Seng Hooi is confident that customers will be able to enjoy a more comprehensive selection of Isuzu-related services at their new outlet.
