Kota Kinabalu folks were given a big thrill ride when they conquered their fears and rode an all-new Isuzu D-MAX over the giant 8.5m ramp during the Isuzu Family Carnival.
Hundreds of visitors who were brave enough took up the challenge and experienced one of the most thrilling and memorable rides of their lives. Apart from being pinned to their seats as the Isuzu D-MAX clawed its way on its way up the 40-degree slope, they were equally in awe when the truck defied gravity on its way down.
“It was like nothing I’d ever imagined,” said one participant. “I cannot believe that a standard car can climb such a ramp so easily even with four people on board,” said another.
The 8.5m ramp was part of the attraction at the Isuzu Family Carnival that was held in KK recently. The weekend event that attracted thousands to the venue gave potential owners the opportunity to test the prowess of the all-new Isuzu D-MAX over a series of obstacles, highlighting the impressive capabilities of the new truck.
The Isuzu Family Carnival will continue on its way around selected venues in the country, the next stop being Miri on the 10th and 11th of May 2014.
