For the second consecutive year, Isuzu Malaysia has been recognised as the Commercial Vehicle Company of the year by Frost & Sullivan.
Receiving the award at the 2013 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards recently was CEO Kimitoshi Kurokawa who thanked the organisers for recognising Isuzu’s efforts in building a solid platform in Malaysia for Isuzu truck owners to efficiently run their business.
“We are very proud to have been recognised as the Commercial Vehicle Company of the year again by Frost & Sullivan. It is a honour to have our efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction recognised not only by our customers, but also by an authority such as Frost & Sullivan,” said Kurokawa.
In recognising Isuzu Malaysia for the award, Frost & Sullivan took into consideration the strong sales growth of nearly 71% over the preceding year and the fact that Isuzu’s market share grew 53% in 2012.
“The key differentiation of Isuzu Malaysia has been the placing of deep emphasis on assisting customers on after-sales support. Customers depend on the reliability of trucks, and by providing the right service support drives the brand forward,” as quoted by Frost & Sullivan in the recognition document.
